Pumpkin Chai Latte
- Milk (enough for one mug)
- 1 tsp pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 - 2 shots chai concentrate (homemade or store bought)
- Pumpkin spice
To make chai concentrate drop 2 chai tea bags into about 1/3 cup of hot water and allow to brew. Heat milk up in a pot and while that heats pour chai, pumpkin, and maple syrup into mug and stir together. Once the milk has heated use an electric milk frother to froth it up. These are super cheap (I got mine at Canadian Tire) and work so well to froth milk and give it that nice creamy consistency without an espresso machine. Once the milk is frothed to your liking, pour into mug, give all the ingredients a final stir (with a spoon) and shake some pumpkin spice on top.
Enjoy! This honestly tastes way better, and is healthier, than the coffee shop versions available right now. Cheaper, too!

If you're not into chai, then follow the same method above, but sub espresso or strong brewed coffee for the chai concentrate. That's it!
